Kayla MillerWhen starting with Casey and Zaneta my hesitancy was not with them, rather my ability to reach my goal was my hesitation. My body was far from where I wanted. Being able to navigate being a new mom while balancing the workouts overwhelmed me initially. Casey and Zaneta created workouts that fit within my schedule and made it feasible to complete them in the short time I have at points in the day. My goals were to lose the baby weight and tighten up my abdomen. Thus far we have been able to lose all the weight 60+lbs, tighten up the abdomen and gain a healthier lifestyle. Jennifer FauschBefore I started training with Casey I was feeling overwhelmed and wasn’t sure where to start. I also was afraid that working out would take up too much time. I was reassured that I would not be working out all the time and that I could do this. Also, I was told to not worry and a comprehensive plan was on the way. When I started my goals were very superficial: lose weight and look good. I also wanted to be stronger and feel younger. I got more than I wanted when graduating the program. I achieved my weight loss losing 15 inches and gained my strength. I felt younger with way more energy and my new healthy habits are completely doable with flexible eating and workouts. I really appreciate all the encouragement I received when training with Casey, it kept me motivated even on the days I struggled to stay consistent.

DiaNne ChristiansonMy whole life I’ve fought weight gain and it has been a consistent battle. I didn’t think I could change my diet and lose the weight like I have and keep up with the exercise as well! By encouraging me, and taking time to talk with me and see how I am doing mentally and feeling physically Casey helped me overcome my fear of eating and now I eat more than ever. My diet is flexible I still can eat ice cream, donuts and cake. I don’t feel restricted and exercise wise it’s completely geared towards my needs. My goals when I started were to get stronger and lose weight. With my rheumatoid arthritis the workouts have enabled me to get stronger and hold my grand babies with no pain. Something I never thought would happen is the weight loss and I’m at 57lbs in 7months so far. I would like to thank Casey and Zaneta for the life changing encouragement and support. Zaneta ChristiansonI am the co-owner of Body Transformation for Parents but I still use a coach. Luckily my coach is my husband Casey. He was able to design a program postpartum for me that allowed me to workout 3-4 days a week, eat a flexible diet and lose 38lbs in six months without effecting my breastfeeding. The Love Yourself program not only has customized workouts, nutrition but it has mindset training so I wouldn’t run into so many problems that befall most ladies. I’m grateful for this program and now it’s out there for so many ladies to benefit from as I have.

Stacy SchrinerI was hesitant to start with Zaneta in the beginning because I didn’t believe I could get the same workout as in a gym. Quickly I was shown even with limited equipment I could get a great workout in. This was great because my goals were to get fitter and lose some weight. Not only was I able to lose the unnecessary 12lbs in 3months and I got fitter. Zaneta has been there every step of the way encouraging me and modifying workouts after my jet ski injury. Even with my wrist injury my legs, butt and abs are more toned. I love how comfortable I am with being able to be so honest with her. It makes being able to share my struggles with any of the training so much easier then to tip toe because of embarrassment. It’s so much easier to be able to be real when she is so real with me! And I absolutely love that!

Being as big as I was it was definitely a struggle one day I decided to make a change difficult to do on my own I wound up getting a personal trainer his name is Jason by far the best decision I have ever made not just for the confidence of knowing I had a trainer but also for my personal growth now that I've lost well over a hundred pounds I have more confidence more energy and more stamina. Having someone to hold me accountable has made my personal change an amazing experience.

Joslyn StephanHello, my name is Joslyn. I’ve been using the Body Transformation for Parents online training program for a couple of years now. I have a medical condition called Rheumatoid Arthritis which makes my joints stiff. This online training program has helped me learn how to relax my joints and unwind. It’s also helped me increase my flexibility and muscle strength so that I’m able to move easier. Most of the time I do cardio, such as biking and walking.

Ashley ThomasMy name is Ashley and I have been training with Casey for years now. I'm an ER nurse and was diagnosed with polymyositis in 2008, which is an autoimmune disease that attacks the muscle. So when I met Casey my strength was so poor that I couldn't use one arm to use my seat belt. When I turned a steering wheel, it felt like it ran out of power steering fluid. It was mentally tough to come to terms with how weak I became. Casey was so understanding and made me feel like he wanted to help. Now I became a traveler nurse and so I'm not available for in person training, so now he trains me through this app Body Transformation for Parents. He is always checking up to see if I need any changes and making sure I'm staying on top of it. Even tho I am not a parent, this app can be used for anyone that can get up and do it themselves. If you have only 30 min, he will conform to your needs. Very great communicator.

At 62 I never thought I would like strength training or even be able to attempt cardio, but I do. I can do my workouts anywhere, at home, the gym or even when on a camping trip.

RiCkey FryeWhen I decided to make a change with my health and weight, I started my workouts with two different friends. The first one got me hurt and the other one was not as focused on helping me. I knew if I was going to be able to see a real change I was going to have to seek out training. That’s when I stumbled across Jason. He didn’t only help with the weight loss and toning but helped me with the shoulder injury that I suffered as well. I lost 110lbs and increased my strength. Tania VegaBefore I started with Body Transformation for Parents I wanted results instantly. When I first talked to Zaneta I had reservations about giving up running as much as I did. She explained the plan out but I still had my reservations. As time went on I began trusting Zaneta more and more. She checked in on me everyday seeing how I was doing and what adjustments we could make to enhance the workout. My goal was to tone up and build a butt. Dante BorrusoIn looking for a program to help with weight loss I had to find something that fit my schedule. In my line of work I work 15hrs a day and maybe have one day off. With the amount of injuries and the limited time I have my friend referred me to Casey. I eventually purchased the Elite Fitness for Parents. I started the program at 210lbs with 20% body fat after two months I have lost 16lbs and 5% of body fat. My nutrition plan is designed for me and my goals while the workouts are only 5-20 minutes long. Even if you don’t have time it doesn’t require much to take care of yourself.
