Casey ChristiansonHas been training individuals for 14 years. Graduated from California State University of San Bernardino gaining his Bachelor’s in Science Kinesiology Concentration Exercise Science. Following college Casey became certified by the American College of Sports Medicine with there Exercise Physiology concentration. He started training athletes in his beginning years later moving to help those whom needed physical rehabilitation. In early 2017 Casey and his wife Zaneta had there first child. Zaneta struggled with post partum depression. Casey decided to research the ways he could help her. Exercise and nutrition were at the forefront to help Zaneta. Over the past three years Casey has implemented these techniques with mothers and fathers improving their overall health and wellness. Body Transformation for Parents was founded off of the research and application done over these past three years.

Zaneta ChristiansonBegan training clients when the gym she worked at needed a female to help with young moms. Zaneta for two years specialized in training mothers and programming for them. Zaneta in 2017 had her first child by cesarean section. Her postpartum mind and body were fragile. She struggled with depression, which was worsened by her poor nutrition. Her core was wrecked and she never thought her body would get back to pre pregnancy. She took this as a lesson and dove into the nutrition aspect and rehabilitation of the body after that procedure. This research was put to the test by her implementing these strategies with herself. Then with her clients and watching not only their bodies leaning out but their confidence and energy rising. When she had her second child early 2020 she implemented these same strategies and in the first 3 months not only has she lost weight but her mental health is at an all time high.

Jason ChristiansonHe has been training individuals and groups for 12 years. Graduated from California State University of San Bernardino and earned his bachelors in Kinesiology Concentration Exercise Science. He started his training with weight loss. He has helped over 10 different individuals lose over 100lbs not only lose but tone at the same time. He Specializes in strength & toning with an emphasis on Hiit. He gained more experience in strength and toning for pregnant women, when his wife became pregnant. He researched the proper training techniques and movements that can be performed during pregnancy. He took it into nutrition as well to make sure his wife and child both was still getting adequate nutrients in to grow. He has now taken his experience into creating a strength and toning Hiit design program to create time for their family and health.
